Dominator YBS2, YBS4, DOM505 Remote Programming Instructions
Programming Handsets
1. Disconnect power and then reconnect power.
2. Press and release the PROGRAMME button two times. The four LEDs will flash on and off twice, after which LED 1 will be flashing or illuminated.
3. If LED 1 is illuminated, it means a code is already stored in this location. Press the PROGRAMME button once again to move to LED 2.
4. If LED 2 is also illuminated, press the PROGRAMME button again to move to LED 3. Repeat this step until you find a flashing LED, which indicates a vacant memory location.
5. When a flashing LED has been found, press and hold the button on the new transmitter until the LED stops flashing and becomes illuminated. The code is now stored in memory.
6. Wait 10 seconds, then press the transmitter button to test if it works.
If none of the LEDs are flashing, the door opener may have reached its memory limit. You will need to delete an existing code and reprogram the new remote. If any existing remote stops working after this, reprogram that one as well.
Deleting Codes
1. Disconnect power for 20 seconds, then reconnect power.
2. Press the PROGRAMME button twice.
3. After a few seconds, all four lights will flash on and off. LED 1 will then come on.
4. If you want to delete the code in LED 1, press and hold the PROGRAMME button until the light starts to flash. The code is now deleted.
5. To cycle through each LED and delete other codes, press the PROGRAMME button once per LED and repeat the deletion step where required.
