We also offer pickup, just contact us before placing your order so we can set it aside. Our dispatch team works quickly, and this ensures your order isn’t packed and posted before you arrive.

Warranty terms vary depending on the product and brand, but you can shop with confidence knowing you’re covered. Yes, we ship orders all around the world. The only exception at this time is the United States, where we are currently unable to ship due to ongoing tariff concerns (as of September 2025).

We’ve made things simple! For all genuine garage and gate remotes, you can find step-by-step instructions on our Instructions Page. For aftermarket remotes or replacement car key cases, programming or fitting instructions are usually included in the product listing description. If you ever get stuck, our team is here to help! You can return any product within 60 days of purchase for a refund, even if it’s just a change of mind. Simply notify us by email first and include a completed Returns Form with your item. Products must be returned in their original, saleable condition with all accessories included.

  • Excluded items: winding bars, remote/key batteries, custom-made garage doors and keypads with already set or forgotten PINs.

  • Return shipping: If you ordered incorrectly or changed your mind, you’ll need to cover return postage. If we sent the wrong item, we’ll cover all costs.
