We offer pickup if you select Click n Collect on our website. Please wait to be contacted before coming in to collect as it may not be ready for pickup if you arrive before we have had a chance to pack.

You can return any product within 60 days of purchase for a refund, even if it’s just a change of mind. Simply notify us by email first and include a completed Returns Form with your item. Products must be returned in their original, saleable condition with all accessories included.

  • Excluded items: winding bars, remote/key batteries, custom-made garage doors and keypads with already set or forgotten PINs.

  • Return shipping: If you ordered incorrectly or changed your mind, you’ll need to cover return postage. If we sent the wrong item, we’ll cover all costs.
