Primarily a garage door opener manufacturer Merlin has released a number of gate opener models over the years, including the swing WingMate gate opener series and the XLR8 sliding gate opener. Grifco is the industrial branch of Merlin. The brand new Grifco GLD-GO-LV GGS1000 offers advanced add-on functionality for todays requirements. The GLD-GO Drive has an optional battery backup option available and is also compatible with the Merlin MYQ Outdoor Gate Connectivity Bundle.

Suitable for sliding gates up to 12m wide / 1000kg, the GGS1000 is IP44 Weather Resistant and smoothly opens gates at a blistering 310mm/sec speed.

The included E960G remote controls features a rolling code encryption called Security+ 2.0, which generates a new code each time the button is pressed from over trillions of possibilities. By transmitting across three frequencies, the E960G all but eliminates interference problems, meaning your gate will open with every press of the button. Due to the remotes high security, only your gate remotes will ever open your gate or door preventing code grabbing devices from ‘replaying’ the code to open your Grifco GLD-GO-LV GGS1000.
