Ideal for exposed installations such as carports, perimeter roller doors, sheds and outdoor openings, the cover helps shield the opener from direct rain, storms, sun exposure and general weathering.
While the MR555MYQ already features an IP34-rated weather resistant housing, this additional protective cover helps reduce direct water exposure and prolongs the life of the opener in challenging environments. A cover is required by the Merlin warranty manual requirements.
