Grifco Industrial Roller Shutter Opener Features

The ML5103 is one of Grifco’s commercial shutter openers. As an industry leader for spring-balanced roller shutter and grille operators, the ML5103 Shutter Roller Opener has a proven history of reliability. The ML5103 is capable of operating a Standard Roller Shutter. A Standard Roller Shutter is defined as being:

• Properly spring balanced
• Has max 1.0mm x min 100mm slats, with
• A 150mm diameter drum for shutters max 36m², or
• A 200mm diameter drum for shutters 36 – 50m²
• Not windlocked
• A sprocket ratio ≥ 4:1 is used

The included C10A-4 Wall Control features an Up / Down / Stop function to allow you to have full control over your motor. The wall console’s Service LED will begin to flash when the motor requires servicing, allowing you to extend the life of your operator and avoid damage to your door by keeping the motor in optimal condition.

• Absolute position encoder ensures reliable limit performance throughout the life of the opener
• Push button set limits from the controller (no need to access limits at the opener)
• Push button set door direction (polarity reversal)
