Shipping Information

We offer free, non-tracked shipping across our entire range of products for any address within Australia. If your order is $100 or more, we will send the item via a tracked postal method for free.
We also offer Registered Mail and Australia Post Express within our checkout, for $6.50 and $12 respectively. Please note that at time of writing (July 2021) Australia Post has still suspended their express post guarantee. If you require an item overnight, please get in contact with us for your custom StarTrak NextFlight or TNT Express quote, for guaranteed delivery times. Australia Post Express articles are still much faster than standard mail, it’s just not guaranteed to arrive the next day.

If you have selected registered post, tracking numbers will be provided to your mobile number or email address when your order is dispatched. We work with different courier partners to provide reasonable freight costs and quality service. The type of courier used is dependent upon size and weight of each item and the delivery location.

We aim to dispatch all products as soon as your full payment is made. If you order before 1pm, we will send your order the same day. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable, depending on how far the order has progressed. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.

60 Day Returns Policy

We understand that not everyone is going to be familiar with garage doors and that mistakes happen. You are welcome to return items within 60 days of the purchase date for a refund. All returns must be accompanied by this form to ensure your return is processed in a timely manner. We strive to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

All items are to be returned in the same condition you received it in, free from cosmetic damage and brand new. National Garage highly recommend that you send the parcel back to us via registered post, so we can both track its arrival. If there is no tracking, there is a chance that it can be lost in the post (which has happened before – Australia Post is not infallible). We are not responsible for mail that you return and will not refund lost items. Items returned that have been damaged will either be partially refunded or returned to you at your cost, on a case by case basis determined by National Garage.
