Free Shipping
We are delighted to offer free, non-tracked shipping for all our products to any address within Australia. Enjoy hassle-free shopping with no additional shipping costs. For orders totaling $100 or more, we automatically upgrade your shipping to a tracked postal method at no extra cost. This ensures peace of mind with the ability to track your order until it reaches you.

At checkout, you have the option to select either Registered Mail for $6.50 or Australia Post Express for $12. These options provide additional security and speed for your delivery. For orders sent via Registered and Express Post, tracking numbers will be provided. You’ll receive these details on your mobile number or email address as soon as your order is dispatched.

Please note, choosing express post on oversized items (Garage Door Openers, Gate Openers, Roller Door Openers, Garage Doors, etc) means we send this via the fastest possible standard courier. However, if you require ‘true’ 1-2 days express freight, please contact us on 1300 858 438 so we can price this for you.

Same Day Dispatch:
Our goal is to dispatch all products promptly upon receipt of your full payment. Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day. This quick turnaround helps ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible.

 

Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to cancel an order after it has been dispatched, please be aware that the postage fee may not be refundable. This depends on the stage of delivery your order has reached. Please call us on 1300 858 438 so we can ensure your order is caught and cancelled before it leaves our factory.

 

Australia Post Parcel Lockers:

Please note, Parcel Lockers only accept packages with tracking.

If you select our free shipping (which isn’t tracked) to a Parcel Locker or Parcel Collect location, your order might be sent to the physical address linked to your MyPost account. Australia Post may try to charge extra for unregistered items and, if unsuccessful, will then deliver them to your physical street address which you used when signing up for your MyPost account. This process can cause a few extra days delay.

To avoid this, we recommend not using Parcel Lockers for untracked orders. If you nominate a Parcel Locker for an order where you have selected free non tracked postage, we may ask you for an alternative address before sending.

 

Authority to Leave On All Deliveries:
To avoid the inconvenience of having to pick up your order from a depot, all deliveries are set to ‘authority to leave’ unless you specifically request otherwise.

If you prefer to sign for your delivery, please notify us in the order notes. If you miss this delivery, please note that yue are then required to pick this up from your local depot. We can arrange a redelivery for a fee of $25 per attempt, which is the same we are charged.

Once items are delivered by the courier, the responsibility for the goods transfers to you. We cannot be held responsible and do not offer replacements for stolen goods post-delivery. If you have concerns about the safety of your parcel, please contact us to arrange for ‘signature on delivery’ to ensure your peace of mind. Please see above.

60 Day Returns Policy

We understand that not everyone is going to be familiar with garage doors and that mistakes happen. You are welcome to return items within 60 days of the purchase date for a refund. All returns must be accompanied by this form to ensure your return is processed in a timely manner. We strive to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

All items are to be returned in the same condition you received it in, free from cosmetic damage and brand new. National Garage highly recommends that you send the parcel back to us via registered post, so we can both track its arrival. If there is no tracking, there is a chance that it can be lost in the post (which has happened before – Australia Post is not infallible). We are not responsible for mail that you return and will not refund lost items. Items returned that have been damaged will either be partially refunded or returned to you at your cost, on a case-by-case basis determined by National Garage.
