ATA PTX-5v2 Remote Enclosure Features
The PTX5v2 remote control has four rubber buttons, which allows it to control 4 doors or gates. However, due to the soft touch rubber buttons and thin plastic case over the time the buttons wear out or the case begins to crack. We often see the PTX5 remote control wrapped in unsightly and cumbersome sticky tape, whilst in a working condition.
ATA have released a replacement enclosure so you can easily replace your old, cracked case without needing to buy an entirely new remote control. ATA PTX-5v2 Remote Enclosure Compatibility
The ATA PTX5v2 replacement enclosure will suit the below remote controls. Please note, when removing the board from your remote control ensure you pop the side toggles before gently angling the board up and out of the old case to prevent any damage. There are board holders on the inner sides of the case, as well as the top of the case.
When inserting a new board, ensure you gently clip the board under the top board toggles, before angling down and pressing to clip past the side toggles.
